Paul Gazelka, Minnesota State Senate candidate, today received the endorsement of the Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life (MCCL). Endorsed previously when in the Minnesota House, the MCCL has once again acknowledged Gazelka’s unwavering support of pro-life issues.
In a recent interview, Gazelka commented, “I believe life begins at conception and ends at natural death. Adoption should always be the choice over abortion. When a young woman chooses to keep the child, we need to participate in helping the new family succeed.”
For the MCCL News letter for June-August, 2010 each candidate was asked to complete a survey concerning their stance on pro-life issues. Gazelka’s opponent for the general election in November, Taylor Stevenson, failed to respond to the survey.
Paul and his wife Maralee are also active in the Lakes Area Pregnacy Support (LAPS) organization.
