In a Dec. 18 letter, it stated that "voters will be able to judge and
review the legislative records of all their legislators." I agree that
voting records will help voters choose.
Paul Gazelka is running for State Senate against Sen. Paul Koering. We can look at both records to determine who we will support.

To the Editor:
As a former state legislator, part of my mission in office was to
control excessive state government spending. Since announcing my
intention to challenge Paul Koering for the Republican endorsement for
state senate, I have seen at least three letters unfairly quoting the
Taxpayer's League to distort my record and imply my opponent had a
better record controlling spending.
